Rexon collects the absolute minimum amount of data needed for authentication to work. This page explains exactly what that data is, why we need it, and what it can and can't be used for.
We store exactly two pieces of information:
That's the full list. We do not collect your name, email address, payment details, files, messages, browsing activity, or any other personal information.
Both identifiers exist for one purpose: authentication. When you use Rexon, your HWID and Discord ID are checked against our records to confirm that your access is valid and tied to your device. This data is never used for advertising, analytics, tracking, or profiling.
Your HWID and Discord ID are stored together on a secure, access-controlled server and are used only by our authentication system. We never sell, trade, or share this data with third parties.
We want to be upfront about what this data actually is.
An HWID is just a fingerprint of your hardware. Outside of Rexon's own authentication system, it has no meaning or use. It cannot be used to:
A Discord User ID is already semi-public — anyone who shares a Discord server with you can view it. It links only to your public Discord profile.
In plain terms: this data lets us confirm "this device belongs to this user" and nothing more. Even in a worst-case scenario, the most anyone could ever learn from it is that a particular Discord account uses Rexon.
We retain your HWID and Discord ID for as long as you have active access to Rexon. You can request deletion at any time — just note that removing this data will also revoke your access, since we'll no longer be able to authenticate you.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced in our Discord server.
For questions or data deletion requests, reach out to us in the official Rexon Discord server at https://discord.com/invite/rexonmenu
